Caroline’s professional foundation comes from her comprehensive experience in new construction residential sales, site management, concierge-property management, and real estate rental and leasing, as well as two years spent as a Small Business Equipment Leasing Manager for various industries handling territories in the NW and SW regions of the United States.

 

Caroline has completed over 900 real estate transactions throughout the Greater Capital Region and the Tri-City areas reaching as far north as Saratoga Springs and as far south as the Catskill’s. Caroline has been most prolific in Albany County representing the buyer in 18% of those transactions and the seller in 82% of them.
